Click "Settings" >> "Blog", enter the management page
「Name」:Blog name
「Description」:Description for the blog
「Language」:Displayed language of this blog
「Blog Category」:Category for the blog
「Number of items in the main page」:the number of articles you like to show in the main page
「Number of recent items」:the number of articles you like to show in the widget
「User "more..." link posts」:enable extended text to display in the main page
「Enable the visual editor of posts」:enable the visual editor of posts
「Pull Down Menu」:enable the pull down menu in the management page
「Enable comments」:allow the visitors to make comments for your blog
「Comments per page」:the number of comments you want to show on the page
「Show future posts in the calendar」:日期設定在「未來」的文章,是否要預先顯示。
「First Day of Week」:設定每週第一天是週日或週一。
「Show in Summary」:文章是否要在 ADOC 2.0 首頁顯示。
「Default Send Notification」:預設是否要要啟用迴響通知。
「Articles order」:Order in which articles should be displayed, ex. Newest first
「Comments order」:Order in which comments will be displayed, ex. Oldest first
「Categories order」:Order in which categories will be displayed in the front page
「Link categories order」:Order in which link categories will be displayed in the front page
「Time offset」:Set the time difference
And don't forget to click "update" to make this action effect

Read the terms of this service, click "Accept"
Type in "Username"
Click "Check User Name" to make sure if it's available for application
Type in your "Nickname" and "Email address" for registration
Enter your true name, select your gender
Click the icon showed in the upper red circle to set up your birthday
You can click 「«」,「»」to adjust the year of birth,「‹」,「›」to adjust the month
Then, select a day of the month
Select your nationality for "Your district", educational background for "Your academic level",
and work field for "Work Sector"
After checking your personal info is correct,
Type in the Authentication code and click "Next" to send your application form
If you see the page below, that means your user account is created successfully
From now on, you can log in ADOC 2.0 website(http://www.apecdoc.org)

Click "Create an account" to register
Please enter your "First name", "Last name" and "Desired Login Name"
Then click "check availability" to check if your "Desired Login Name" is available for application
Enter your desired password, and re-enter it
If you want to keep in "signed in" status whenever you link to Gmail, check "Stay signed in" option
If you want to have a more personalized experience on Google
Please check "Enable Web History" option
In case you forget your password,
Choose a "Security Question" and enter your "Answer" for it
Enter your another email address to authenticate your account
In case you forget your password or encounter any problems
Choose your location
Type the Word Verification code
Click "I accept. Create my account." to complete the registration
If your registration is completed, you will see the page below
Then click "Show me my account" to enter your email account
Congratulations, you've already had a Gmail account!

Enter your personal info as below
Enter you Yahoo! ID and click "Check" if this ID is available
Please re-type your password twice for check
Type in your alternate email in case you forget your ID or password
And select "Security Question" and type in "Your Answer"
Type the code to register
Check "I have read and agree to..." to continue the registration
Click "Create My Account" to finish your application
Congratulations, you've already had a Yahoo! Mail account
Click "Settings" >> "Users", enter the settings page
You can see the blog user list here
You can click "New Blog User" to create a new user for writing and deleting articles of the blog
In the pop-up window, please select a user on the website
Attention! The new blog user must be registered as ADOC 2.0 website member first.
Find the username,
Click "Arrow" icon (in the red circle) to include him/her as a new blog user
If you want to send a notification E-mail to the new user, please check "Send notification"
Also, you should set up "Permissions" for the new user,
You can select "Quick permission selection" to give him/her a basic permission, including publish, edit, delete articles/links/media
Or you can give him/her blog owner right by selecting "Allow blog user to access all blog functions as blog owner"
And now, click "Add" to make this action effect
From now on,
In the blog user list, you can click "pencil" and "red prohibited" icons to edit or delete his/her permission
點選「Settings」→「My Profile」;或是最上方的「Profile」。
即可進入個人資料的設定。
Click "Settings" >> "My Profile"
Or click "Profile" on the upper menu bar to enter the management page
首先是「Username」,這個是您申請的使用者代號,無法修改。
「NICKNAME」:可以設定您想使用的暱稱。
「Real name」:這邊是您的真實姓名。

"Username": you can't change it as you typed it to applicate for a member account
"NICKNAME": the name you want to show in the blog
"Real name": your real name
"Password": if you want to change your password, please set up here
and re-enter you new password in "Confirm password" to confirm your application
Enter you "Gender", "E-mail Address" and "Birthday"
接下來,依序是「所在地區」、「教育程度」、「職業」,以及自我介紹。
Next, enter your "Location/District", "Academic Level", "Work Sector", and "Self Introduction"
You can upload your picture which will be visible publicly to everyone on ADOC 2.0 website
(Do not upload pictures containing celebrities, nudity, artwork or copyrighted images.)
Finally, click "Update" to save your settings
Click "Appearance" >> "Widgets", enter into "Widgets" management page
Left-click "Widget" to drag, place them to the appropriate place
Also, you can click "pencil icon" to edit widgets
or "red prohibited sign" to delete them
Click "Add System Widget" to add new Widgets
Select "Name" to choose its function
Enter its title name for "Widget name"
Please check "label_in_front_page", "label_in_content_page" for deciding if they will appear on the main page and article-view page
Click "Add HTML Widget"
In the pop-up window, please type in HTML or JavaScript in the form below
Click "Add RSS Widget",
Please type in RSS URL in the form, let it show news, articles from other blogs
Enter the URL of the RSS you want to view in your blog
Enter the number of the URLs you want to show in your blog
If you want to add more RSS URL (maximum: "5" URL)
Click "Add" for creating new one
Finally, click "Update" to make this action effect
Click "Appearance" >> "Change Template" to enter the management page
In the page, you can set up the image of the "Banner"
And you can also set up the "Layout" in you blog
The right first Layout style show in the picture above will appear in the blog interface as below
And choose a theme for your blog
Remember! Click "Change" to save your settings
Click "Content" >> "Media" to enter the management page
Click "Add New Album" to create a new "Album" or "Folder"
After clicking "Add New Album", the page image will show as below
Please type in "Name" for the album/folder
Select "Parent" option to locate your root folder, or you can select "(no parent)" to make the new album/file folder as a separate folder
Besides, you can set up a password for them
Finally, click "Add" to make this action effect
After adding a new album/folder, you can click "Upload File" to upload media files as you like
In the pop-up window, click the button "Add files" to choose pictures in your computer
You can hold the "Ctrl" button to select multiple files in your computer
After selecting, you can see the page image as below
You can click "red prohibited sign" to delete the files or click "Add files" to continue the selecting action
Finally, select the "Album" where you want the files locate and click
After clicking "Add", the files will start uploading
When see the green "Check mark", it means the upload is done
Then you can close the window
If you want to delete the files, just click the file or "Select all" button as below
Then click the "Delete" button to make this action effect
Also, you can select "Bulk Edit Options" to change the root of your album/folder
Click "Content" >> "Links", to enter the "Links list" management page
In this page, you can see all the links in the blog
You can select "Show Bulk Edit Options" to change the "Category" of a bunch of links
Besides, you can also click the icons below "Feed Actions" to edit and delete the link
And you can click "Add New Link" to put more links in your blog
Fill out blanks "Name" and "URL", then choose a "Category" for the link
Finally, click "Add" to make the action take effect
