APEC Digital Opportunity Center (ADOC) is a technology-based foreign-relations program that applies Taiwan’s experiences with developing its domestic ICT industry to transform the “digital divide†among APEC member economics into “digital opportunityâ€. The 4th annual ADOC ICT Elite Camp is a two-week training program being held in Chinese Taipei from October 1st to 12th, 2007. This year’s Camp aims to bridge the digital divide through information exchange and education. Organizers have invited government officials, industry representatives, and scholars from member countries to local visits, conference meetings and seminars in hope of assisting each ADOC Partner Member Economy to promote and execute computerization policies.
