LANsearch for term
A group of personal computers and/or other devices, such as printers or servers, that are located in a relatively limited area, such as an office, and can communicate and share information with each other.
LDAPsearch for term
A protocol used to access information directories. LDAPi is designed to provide a common method for fast hierarchical searching e-mail addresses on the Interneti. LDAP makes it possible for almost any application that is running on nearly any computer platform to obtain directory information, such as e-mail addresses, login names and passwords.

The term Lead Economyi is used to describe the member economy that has the prime responsibility for coordinating and managing a project or other activity.
LMIsearch for term
LMSsearch for term
Software that automates the administration of training. The LMSi registers users, tracks courses in a catalog, records data from learners; and provides reports to management. An LMS is typically designed to handle courses by multiple publishers and providers. It usually doesn't include its own authoring capabilities; instead, it focuses on managing courses created by a variety of other sources.
