How much of the world's trade takes place in the APEC region?
The 21 APECi Member Economies collectively account for more than half of the world's total Gross Domestic Product; this was a total of US$19.293 trillion for all APEC economies in 2001. APEC economies also account for over 47 percent of total world trade.
