Its subsidiaries, which provide mobile cellular network services, are PT Komunikasi Selular Indonesia, PT Metro Selular Nusantara and PT Telekomindo Selular Raya. PT Mobile-8 Telecom, Tbk, are one of the leading Mobile Telecommunication CDMA Operators in Indonesia. We hold a nation-wide license using advanced technology of CDMA 2000 1X that enables us to continuously commit to provide better and innovative products and services to our customers. Headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, the Company is a part of Bimantara Group. As of May 31, 2007, the three subsidiaries have been merged into the Company. On July 18, 2007, the Company has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, Mobile-8 Telecom Finance Company B.V in the Netherlands.
