Savills to manage giant HCM City residential project

Real estate service provider Savills Vietnam has signed a contract with Vietnam Land SSG to manage the latter’s Saigon Pearl Complex in HCM City.
The 10 ha complex along the Sai Gon River in Binh Thanh District will have eight 37-storey buildings containing more than 2,000 apartments, a five-star hotel, office blocks, a shopping mall, entertainment area, kindergarten and schools.
The first phase of the over US$500 million project will be completed this year when two apartment buildings will be inaugurated together with a club house, swimming pool and gym.
