From Friday April 15th to the 30th, 2011, ADOC 2.0 will inform all Partners of its ADOC Centers about the Photo Contest through the following means:
- Uploading an announcement in the ADOC Official Website.
- Including a new section with the activity’s information, chronogram, prizes, etc. in the ADOC Official Website.
Each Program Manager in collaboration with Overseas Coordinators will be responsible for promoting the Photo Contest with ALL ADOC Centers under their responsibility. The activity should be promoted by emails and/or phone calls.
- Contestant Validation Period
From May 30th, 2011, ADOC Secretariat through its Overseas Coordinator will validate that the information provided by participants in the Participant Registration Form is consistent, and that participants are in fact, or have been trainees at the ADOC Centers you indicated in your registration form.
- Upload of Photos to ADOC’s Photo Gallery
Once participants registration’s forms and picture originality declaration & waiver/consent form have been validated, participants’ pictures will automatically y be uploaded into the activity’s photo gallery.
- Voting Period
Contestants are encouraged to promote their submitted photos by asking friends, family and general public to vote for their picture at ADOC’s Website. The voting period will be from June 1st to 26th, 2011. The voting function will be disabled at 12:00am on June 26th, 2011, Taiwan time.
